Our Story
Capital Minds was born from a simple observation: Africa's fintech ecosystem was growing at an unprecedented pace, but there was a critical shortage of specialized expertise to support this growth. Financial institutions needed strategic guidance, startups required technical consultation, and professionals lacked access to practical training tailored for African markets.
Founded by a team of fintech practitioners with decades of combined experience across African markets, we set out to bridge this gap. Our founders had worked with major banks, payment providers, mobile money operators, and regulatory bodies across the continent—they understood both the challenges and opportunities unique to Africa's financial landscape.
